It’s been a minute, but the Horne has sounded off!

The header says it all and I am currently in more of a major transition than when I boarded a Quantas Airlines plane for Australia back in October of 2009.  Allot has happen during that time, but I’ll have to delve into that at a later date (I actually have a draft post of that experience, but just……just didn’t feel right yet).

I’m currently located within the radius of the city of Melbourne (CBD area), Australia and enjoying myself for the most part on my 12 month stay, but what I really wanted to throw up here is my new endeavor with FashionHorne.  The creators of this up and coming  blog, Ricke. and Lucian J., have a really good thing going here which I believe can be on its way just as Uncrate and Outblush are respectable fashion/lifestyle blogs.  Through a mutual friend of ours, Theodore Perkins, I linked up with the two on my praise for the site and if at all possible to try to get the scoop on whats on the up and up in style within the city Melbourne.  The team at FashionHorne agreed that it was an excellent idea and all that is left now is for me to show and prove.

This new task I’ve bestowed upon myself will basically entail stopping perfect strangers on the street and getting their perspective and inspiration on their personal style.  I do not plan on approaching just anyone, but  those particular Aussies that have that certain glint in their fashion eye that would make do a double – NO – a triple take on their current look.  I hope to be able to supply excellent photos from the streets, pubs, cafe, museums, and anywhere I can get a camera into not only to support FashionHorne and broaden their base, but to delivery a bit of an idea of what is happening outside of the borders of the continental US.

The Horne has sounded off!
